Growth

CJC 1925

What is it?

CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin are two peptides belonging to a category known as growth hormone secretagogues—substances that promote the body's own secretion of growth hormone (GH), rather than administering the hormone directly.

This is a key distinction that every patient should understand: stimulating the body's own GH production is mechanically different from directly injecting synthetic growth hormone. They are frequently studied and used in combination, as they act on two distinct receptor systems that work together to stimulate GH release in a complementary manner.

How does it work?

CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin act on two distinct pituitary receptors to jointly stimulate the natural release of growth hormone (GH): CJC-1295 binds to the GHRH receptor and activates the cyclic AMP pathway, triggering GH synthesis and secretion in somatotroph cells, while Ipamorelin acts on the ghrelin receptor (GHS-R1a), stimulating GH via a different pathway involving intracellular calcium.

When combined, the simultaneous stimulation of both pathways produces a synergistic GH response—greater than the sum of the effects of each peptide used individually. In other words, one "switches on" production while the other "amplifies" the pulse, resulting in a GH release pattern that more closely resembles the body's natural production.

Benefits

Improved physical training performance, increased muscle strength, and a lower tendency to accumulate fat.

Clinical reports indicate reduced muscle soreness and faster recovery following training, although this stems primarily from clinical practice rather than specific controlled trials.

In addition to promoting weight loss and improving glucose control, it has been shown to reduce the risk of cardiovascular and diabetes-related events in patients with obesity.

Preservation of lean muscle mass under conditions of catabolic stress through the restoration of nitrogen balance.

What to expect?

After a single injection, IGF-1 levels can remain elevated for 9 to 11 days—and up to 28 days with repeated dosing—providing an idea of the "window" during which biological effects are expected to be observed. In experimental studies, Ipamorelin demonstrates a faster onset of action, whereas CJC-1295 extends the duration of GH-related activity; this is precisely why they are combined: one provides the initial boost while the other sustains the effect over time.

Is it safe?

This combination has a favorable safety profile in the available research literature. Unlike older secretagogues in the same class, Ipamorelin stimulates growth hormone release without causing significant elevations in cortisol or prolactin—hormones whose increase is often associated with unwanted effects such as fluid retention or mood disturbances.

They have a COA certificate.
